1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all purchases and use of the software "S3lect" (hereinafter "Software" or "Product") offered by Edgar Wentzlaff, EUU.ROCKs (hereinafter "Provider," "we," or "us") via the website euu.rocks.
By purchasing and/or using the Software, you agree to these GTC.

3. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of the software "S3lect" as a digital product for use in accordance with the purchased license (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise).
S3lect is a terminal-based tool for managing AWS S3 buckets and compatible storage services for Linux, macOS, and Windows.
4. License Models and Usage Rights
4.1 S3lect Basic
- Single-user license for one natural person
- Up to 5 device activations
- License key required
- Non-transferable
- Lifetime updates included
4.2 S3lect Pro
- Single-user license for one natural person
- Up to 5 device activations
- License key required
- Non-transferable
- All features of Basic plus advanced functions
- Lifetime updates included
4.3 S3lect Enterprise
- Organization license
- Unlimited installations within the organization
- No license key required
- Unlimited installations
- Complete offline usage
- All features of Pro
4.4 Usage Restrictions
The Software may only be used within the scope of the purchased license. The following actions are prohibited:
- Transfer, sale, or rental of the license to third parties
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the Software
- Removal or modification of copyright notices
- Use beyond the licensed number of activations
- Commercial distribution or redistribution of the Software
5. Contract Conclusion and Payment
Purchases of S3lect licenses are made through our payment partner Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), located at Core B, Block 71, The Plaza, Park West, Dublin 12, Ireland. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and processes all payments on our behalf.
By clicking "Buy Now" and completing the Paddle checkout process, you enter into a binding purchase agreement for the selected S3lect license.
Payment processing is handled securely by Paddle according to their terms of service and privacy policy. All payment data (credit card information, billing address, etc.) is processed exclusively by Paddle and not stored on our servers.

6. Delivery / Provisioning
After successful payment confirmation from Paddle, you will receive your S3lect license key via email within a few minutes. The email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout.
The S3lect software can be downloaded from our download page at https://s3lect.euu.rocks/download.html at any time.
Delivery is considered complete when the license key has been sent to your email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within 30 minutes.

7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 Warranty
We warrant that the Software substantially corresponds to the functions specified in the product description. The Software is provided "as is."
We assume no warranty for:
- Uninterrupted operation
- Error-free functionality
- Compatibility with all systems or third-party software
- Data loss due to incorrect operation
7.2 Limitation of Liability
We are only liable for damages based on intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless damages result from injury to life, body, or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations.
The Software is used for managing cloud storage. You are solely responsible for:
- Backups of your data
- Correct configuration of your AWS credentials
- Compliance with AWS terms of use
8. Updates and Support
8.1 Updates
All licenses include lifetime free updates. We reserve the right to discontinue update support for very old versions.
8.2 Support
- Basic, Pro & Enterprise: Email support on a best-effort basis
Support requests are typically answered within 2-5 business days. There is no entitlement to support outside of business hours.
9. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment processing is carried out via Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), acting as our Merchant of Record, which has its own privacy policy.
The Software itself does not process any personal data and does not send any data to us. All AWS credentials remain locally on your device.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 Changes to the GTC
We reserve the right to change these GTC at any time. Changes will be published on the website and apply to future purchases. Existing licenses remain unaffected by changes.
10.2 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
10.3 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
10.4 Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the Provider.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
