We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of S3lect. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all S3lect purchases. If you are not satisfied with the software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Conditions for Refund:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide your order number or email address used for the purchase
- The license will be deactivated upon processing the refund
3. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your order number (provided in your purchase confirmation email)
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief explanation for the refund request (optional but helpful for us to improve)
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed through our payment provider Paddle.com.
Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. License Deactivation
Upon approval of your refund request, your S3lect license will be deactivated. You will no longer have access to the software or future updates.
6. Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Refund requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
- Licenses that have been transferred or resold to another party
- Purchases made through unauthorized third-party resellers
- Violation of our Terms of Service
7. Payment Processing via Paddle.com
All payments and refunds are processed through our payment partner Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), acting as our Merchant of Record.
